Forceward Spell - immobile or centered on caster? [Archive] - Wizards Community

Effect: a 15 foot radius centered on you.

The description text describes it as "an unmoving transparent sphere of force", but later in the text it mentions that "it does not push a creature out of the way if you move toward it."

Does this spell move with you like an emanation, or is it fixed in place at the location where you cast it?
