Ace_of_time 03-16-07, 11:04 AM	I have a Kobold s5/f3 that has pratice spellcaster. do I only needs to gain 3 more levels 2 on s. 1 on fighter and then he'll have a caster level of 11 and can turn my pc into a lich. I plan to make him the on going bad guy. I also have another problem my PC players like him and no matter what he does might not leave his side.

I also have another problem my PC players like him and no matter what he does might not leave his side.If I've understood you right, you want to make this Kobold a Lich when he reaches 11th character level, by which time he'll be a Sorcerer 7 / Ftr 4. You are asking if his Practiced Spellcaster feat will enable him to meet the requirement of being an 11th level caster. Since the Lich template require a Caster Level of 11 and not 11 levels in a spellcasting class, I think it will work.
