Hi folks,

Recently I found the awesome feat Imbued Summoning in the PHB2. It lets you include a lvl3 (or lower) level buff spell (with range=touch) on your summon [spell].

Now let's go to my PC. A Druid who cast let's say Summon Nature's Ally V. A number of brown bears is cast. Lets assume 3. Now I "imbue" for example "bulls strength". Does it apply on all summoned creatures? Or only one?

To make it somewhat more interesting I "imbue" Luminous Armor" from BoED (+5 armor bonus). Does this also apply on all?

Please help me out!

Thx!

I believe that when you use Imbued summoning you simply cast the spell again. So yes, it would apply to all creatures summoned.

So THATS the purpose. I've been trying to figure out why anyone would take that feat. I suppose that'd do it.

I believe, or want to believe, it works like that. The reason why I am questioning is that the buff spells are single target and with using Imbued Summoning they become multiple target.

You modify the summoning spell to place a buff spell on the summoned creatures, so I guess all of them get the benefits of it.
