However, if it was CR 13 at 20HD, what will its new CR be? If its space/reach was 15/15 (30 with appendage), will its new space/reach be 20/20, (40 with appendage)?

For your numbers, if it's a Dragon or Outsider it gets +2 CR, otherwise it's +1. (Don't forget the ability increase for its 24th HD when you make the size changes). As far as the space and reach goes, I'd go with what you suggest unless the text of the monster in question says that the appendage in question isn't intended to double the reach.

Someone 02-07-08, 01:18 PM	What Merestil said, and I'd add on an additional +1 CR for the size increase. And I'd say that the space/reach of 15/15 (30) would indeed become 20/20 (40).
