(will require the double charka feat) The question boils down to whether manticore belts spikes are natural weapons or not. It doesn't say they are natural weapons in the description, yet the description of natural weapons in the srd seem to describe what the spikes are.

The spikes are not natural weapons, they're a special attack. Although the spikes require an attack roll, they have all sorts of qualifying bits that make them more of a special attack than a natural weapon. Therefore, they do not benefit from the heart of fire ability.
