(good stuff may happen)." Because Manyshot is a standard action, you can ready it. So is it legitimate to ready a Manyshot for a Deadeye Shot?

There are some things that prevent precision damage that still allow crits. Concealment, for one. The reason you can't make more than one of a Manyshot crit is because Manyshot says so. However, that does not make a crit precision damage.
