So long story short, a player is wanting to punt a gnome. There is a good reason for it, and I'm willing to allow it, just not sure how to adjucate it. I'm thinking bull rush mechanics or something based off of these, but not sure.

Special attacks

PUNT GNOME

You can perform a Punt Gnome as a Standard Action or at the end of a Charge in place of the attack. When you make a Punt Gnome, you attempt to teach the offending creature a lesson in humility instead of damaging them. You may only perform a Punt Gnome on a Gnome one or more size categories smaller than yourself.
Initiating a Punt Gnome: As a standard action or in place of the attack at the end of a Charge, make an attack roll as an unarmed attack which does not provoke an Attack of Opportunity.
Punt Gnome Results: If the Punt Gnome attack hits a corporeal Gnome opponent smaller than yourself, the target Gnome will be knocked flying 10 feet in a direction of your choice and fall prone. If an obstacle prevents the completion of the target Gnome's move, the Gnome and the obstacle each take 1d6 points of damage, and the opponent stops in the space adjacent to the obstacle.

PUNT HALFLING

Resolve as Punt Gnome except: The target must be a Halfling one or more size categories smaller than the initiating character. Also, the lighter and more resiliant nature of Halflings mean they will be knocked flying 15 feet instead of 10.

plus 5' extra for gnomes or 10' extra for halfings for every 5pts of damage beyond 5pt caused by the unarmed attack.
