Hello, I just need some clarifications concerning attack modifiers:

I'll use the owlbear as an example:
Attack:
Claw + 9 melee (1d6+5)
Full attack
2 claws + 9 melee (1d6+5) and bite +4 melee (1d8+2)

Are both claw attacks considered primary attacks? Or does one get -5 mod and only half str bonus on the second? I have always played as it is written, but after re-reading the attack and full attack text on page 6 of MM recently, I began wondering.

When a creature has more than one natural weapon, one of them (or sometimes a pair or set of them) is the primary weapon.

Yes, a pair or set of weapons can be the primary weapon.
