If a character has haste or expeditious retreat on, do they get to multiply the movement increase for the purpose of a double move or run? Example: 30' mv becomes 60'mv double move = 120' or 90 ' (60 x 2) or (30 x 2) + 30 Run = 240' or 150' (60 x 4) or (30 x 4) + 30 |

When you run, you can move up to four times your speed in a straight line (or three times your speed if you’re in heavy armor). You lose any Dexterity bonus to AC unless you have the Run feat. It doesn't say "up to four times your normal speed" it just says speed so that would be current speed. |
