EX: Stared as lv4 fighter multi to druid would they just keep adding xp to the xp they got as a fighter or not?:confused:

08-27-07, 06:39 PM A fighter 4/druid 1 is a 5th level character. Assuming he just leveled up (and he hit the level exactly), he has 10,000 xp. He will level up again when he hits or passes 15,000 xp.

08-27-07, 07:46 PM A character just throws all XP together and looks at table 3-2 (pg 22 PHB). When the XP reaches a new level just pick a class to fill it.

08-28-07, 10:49 AM Don't forget to keep multi-class penalties in mind though. If neither of the classes is a favored class for the character's race, then there will be an XP penalty if the two class levels are far enough apart. (This does not apply to PrC's btw).
