I've looked around and I can't find it anywhere. It's probably just evading me and it's been in front of my face the whole time but here's my question-Do you get extra attacks with your off hand weapon when your base atk bonus goes up.

So...

If I have a +6/+1 BAB do I get 2 attacks with both my offhand and main hand weapons? Assume that I have no feats or skills that would effect it.

If you just have Two Weapon Fighting, you would have three attacks; two with one weapon, one with the other. From the SRD, under Two Weapon Fighting:
If you wield a second weapon in your off hand, you can get one extra attack per round with that weapon.

You need Greater and Improved Two-Weapon Fighting to get more than one extra attack with your offhand.

Thanks a million.

Another newbie question... what does SRD refer to?

Thanks a million.

Well, in the financial world it stands for the Suriname Dollar. In some government/military circles it can also stand for Secret Restricted Data. Other definitions are Service Rescue Dog, Spin Rinse Dryer, and even Sonar Research & Development. But here, on these forums, it stands for the System Reference Document and is a slightly abridged online version of the rules. You can find it over at www.d20srd.org.
