How does Undetectable Alignment work with a Paladin's Aura of Good?

Is there a way to suppress the Aura of Courage? What about detect it?

Undetectable alignment works with the paladin's aura of good as it would for any other alignment: it conceals it from any kind of divination. The paladin's aura of good only makes him appear more good than another creature of the same HD would (to be precise, he's as good as a good cleric would seem). When normally subjected to divination magics to detect his alignment (such as detect good), his aura is merely stronger. Undetectable alignment makes the paladin impervious to divinations to detect his alignment.

The paladin's aura of courage is undetectable to my knowledge (unless some spell has been conceived to divine a creature's auras). Someone who is not an ally of the paladin has no way of knowing about the aura (as it only affects allies). Allies, on the other hand, will simply feel far more confident when around the paladin, which could make the paladin a great guy to be around with. An aura is not a visible effect.

Not even detect magic will help you detect a supernatural aura, despite it being magical in nature. The spell is limited to ongoing spell effects and magic items.

To detect good, a good creature has to be in the area. If no creatures are determined to be good, you can't proceed to finding out more about the auras of the good creatures. Therefore, nothing happens when detect good is cast on a paladin with undetectable alignment.

As for aura of courage, it can't be dispelled (supernatural abilities cannot be dispelled) nor can it be dismissed since it isn't a spell. Since it's "always on" and not activated, I think, other than an antimagic field, you might be out of luck.

As for detecting the supernatural abilities of something, I guess a sufficient knowledge check would determine that paladins can have that ability - but to actually know it's there escapes me right now - greater arcane sight perhaps?
