07-24-07, 11:30 AM I would like to know if your Manifesting level is equal to your psionic level. So if I have an Ardent 4 level and a Psion 4 Level does that make my manifesting level 8? Meaining can I put up to 8 point into a power?

No, manifester levels from different classes don't stack unless specifically stated (such as in most prestige classes). However, I commend you for grasping the pp limit on powers, most people have problems with that one first.

Your Ardent/Psion manifests all of his powers as a level 4 manifester. However, you might want to check out the Practiced manifester feat from Complete Psionic (it's mechanically just like its relative in Complete Arcane).
