Playing with the deck of encounters.. [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-11-07, 12:32 PM And the card I pulled that I have in store is about a special magic well that duplicates things. Know I don't know if this is going to happen, but the group I play with are known to be tricksters :). I just want to be prepare should any of them think its funny to push another into the well. What would you do? They are all around level 7th ish

Well if they're going to create alternate versions of themselves, I would certainly have them fight those versions at some point, whether it's immediately or fives level down the line when the alternate has gained eight levels and gone through a different progression.
