| thejibboo02-16-08, 05:02 PM | Does the DMG provide a way to randomly roll for if a weapon or armor is made of a special material such as adamantine or mithril? all i can find is under Specific Weapons there are a couple things like plain masterwork silver dagger. If characters want items made of special materials that aren't under the Specific Weapons charts do they just have to make them themselves? of course, i've probably just been skipping over it again and again, so if that's the case i'd love a pg. number :D |

There's a lot of weird stuff in that section that's similarly easy to overlook - possibility of generating a cursed item, item and weapon size, weapons that generate light, and intelligent items. Most of it appears to be optional. |
