Researching Spells [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-10-07, 03:50 AM Ok, I'm curious. Where abouts in the Rule Books (PHB, DMG) are the rules about how a PC can research new spell? Such as a Wizard who wants to research how to cast a spell that he hasn't seen before? I'm sure I've seen them somewhere, but can't remember?
