What kind of bonus can be applied to the Perform skill checks if someone else were performing with you?
For example:
A Bard and her followers play during a festival. The Bard has Perform (sing) +10. Her followers have Perform (wind instruments) and Perform (percussion instruments) at +2. Would her Perform skill check be boosted due to the aid of her band mates?

Your DM would have to come up with the rules on that, but the Aid Another action might work. Each of the ones with a +2 make rolls vs. a DC 10 Perform check. Each success gives your a +2 on you Perform (sing) check.

Another technique might be to roll the best and the worst checks and average them, then for each one that hit the DC 10, add two.

Edit: Example--
You roll a natural 20, giving you a perform of 30. One of your band members rolls a 1, giving him a 3. The average is about 16. Now you have four other band members who all rolled 10 or above, giving you +2 each. 16+2+2+2+2 = 24

Or, everyone takes 10, giving you a perform of 20. Lowest is 12. Average is 16. All five band members got above 10, so the total is 26.

Note: This is not technically RAW, but just my opinion of how this could be handled. If you disagree, feel free to rule it however you like.

The Aid Another rules is the simplest method.

In other words, use the RAW for Aid Another.

Simple: Aid Another

Complex: Each member rolls a Perform check; use a die of appropriate size to randomize which Perform check is counted and treat the rest of the checks as Aid Another. A single great performance can distract from a bunch of bad ones, or a single member butchering his part can ruin the whole show, or the band can average out somewhere in the middle, or they can all roll close to the same and have it not matter.

You can help another character achieve success on his or her skill check by making the same kind of skill check in a cooperative effort. If you roll a 10 or higher on your check, the character you are helping gets a +2 bonus to his or her check, as per the rule for favorable conditions. (You can’t take 10 on a skill check to aid another.) In many cases, a character’s help won’t be beneficial, or only a limited number of characters can help at once.

Per RAW, the supporting band members would use Aid Another. Please note that you cannot take 10 on Aid Another attempts.

A single great performance can distract from a bunch of bad ones, or a single member butchering his part can ruin the whole show

This can actually be treated as fluff for the Aid Another check. Have one of the +2 supporters roll a 19 or 20? They melded in really well, and got noticed for their own talents (while still supporting the overall act).
Have someone fail the Aid Another check? Their instrument is out of tune, or not quite in sync with the rest of the band (not contributing to the overall score of the performance).
Have someone roll a 1 or 2? They tripped on stage, or broke the strings on their instrument, or something that possibly disrupts the performance. Have the singer RP to try to recover.
