RAW states that any additional damage given in the form of dice (+XdX) does not multiply on criticals unless the ability says otherwise. Any additional damage given in the form of a number (+2 damage) does unless the ability says otherwise. |

In fact, Greater Insightful Strike might be more useful, at 11th-level: 8x Concentration check result for damage on a crit with a scythe. At 11th-level, it's not difficult making a check result of 25. |
