Darkwolf 07-13-07, 04:32 AM	Okay I have been reading this book and have a question that I might be missing. Each school has the list of "associated weapons". Are this weapons the only ones that be used for each manuver in the school? If not does it serve any use besides a few benefits from certain feats? I have seen some builds on the boards which state, "Take the Shadowhand school but the manuvers require a shadowhand weapon". Can anyone help a poor confused player? :confused:
Kouk 07-13-07, 06:30 AM	They are preferred weapons, not required. You can use any weapon with any maneuver unless the maneuver specifies otherwise (I can't think of any that do so off the top of my head). The preferred weapons are sometimes useful for feats and other class abilities, such as the Swordsage (was it Warblade? I forget) getting Weapon Focus with one school's preferred weapons. There had to be a list, so it is a list.
