If that feat (from CD/CAr) is used with Web to trap, say, a ghost, can the incorporeal creature use a Cha check instead of the standard Str check to escape or is it restricted to an Escape Artist check only? (given it has no Str score)

Oooo, I don't remember. Ghosts actually have a str score when it comes to things regarding incorporeal attacks and defenses. I wouldn't be surprised if they use their str against incorp attacks, and their cha against effects from this mortal sphere.

I wouldn't also be wrong if I am wrong. ;)

Not exactly. The entry for incorporeal creature just says:

It has no Strength score, so its Dexterity modifier applies to both its melee attacks and its ranged attacks.

but escaping a web is hardly a "melee attack", so..

Allow it a escape artist check then. Shrug.

It is all the same to me!

Having a nonability in Strength, the ghost will automatically fail the Strength check used to escape a Transdimensional Web. It'll have to rely on Escape Artist, if it can manage a DC 25 check. Otherwise, it's effectively trapped.

Thanks Marcus. That's what I figured but I wanted to see if others shared the same conclusion.

Well, I know a player that is going to be very happy in RHoD then :plotting:
