| Marcus Majarra11-26-07, 01:00 AM | Yes. Any change to Constitution automatically modifies both your current and maximum hit points. Also, keep in mind that the Warshaper's abilities (all of them) apply only when the Warshaper is in a form different from his own. |

With the new alternate form rules I am not sure. The new alternate form rules apply to situations when that (or a similar) ability temporarily replaces physical ability scores. The Warshaper's increase to Con is just that, an increase, rather than a replacement, and affects both the newly replaced Con, and the normal unmodified Con of the base creature, which allows the ability to affect current HPs. |

I'm not sure I follow your logic here, my understanding of the (admittedly confusing) newer wildshape rules was that changes to your forms CON don't affect your HP at all, although things which affect your overall CON score would (i.e. spell buffs, poisons, CON damage or Drain) but the Warshaper's bonus is specifically spelled out as only applying to his alternate form...
