I noticed some monsters have MINUS Ac. Can somebody help me out?

i think that is 2nd edition D&D :)

Most likely 2nd ed. but it is possible to have a -AC in 3rd ed. You need a really bad Dex score, an absolutly massive size, and no armour whatsoever.

That sounds like me

Let's see, Frenzying Colossal Dex 1 character with no armor bonuses whatsoever would have -3 AC. But, in old rules, AC was calculated differently, and the lower, the better. So you're probably just eyeing at older rulebooks.

I think I've seen a build that sent AC into the negatives with some kind of reversed Combat Expertise or something.

That said, it's probably 2nd edition material. An AC under 10 is one of the more reliable indicators of such.

Add Heedless Charge, Reckless Charge, and Improved Power Attack to that and you can get as low as -27.

Add prone and rage and it gets even worse.

At this point I'd like to add in the feat Blindsight, so that your negative dex bonus doesn't stop being added.

Also, aren't ability scores unable to go below 0?

Colossal Prone Bedsheets would have a negative AC, I think.

There's no such thing as a negative bonus in 3E. :)

That's correct.

How can Improved Power Attack lower your AC?

The negative AC thread is here (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=144104)

As for the Power attack etc, I think he's using a feat that allows you to transfer the to-hit penalties to your armour class instead.
