| ZeronHitaro07-23-06, 07:55 PM | There is no level 0 as far as I know. You're probably thinking of 0-level spells. If your character hits 0XP (not counting character creation), he dies. Just as if your HP had gone to -10. |
| malichai1107-23-06, 07:57 PM | I have vague recollections of a sidebar in one of the main books (or perhaps Unearthed Arcana) that contained rules for starting characters at 0. Halved hitpoints, halved skill points, so on and so forth, and negative XPs. |

| Escef07-23-06, 09:02 PM | 0-Level was something found in 1e and 2e, it described commoners and the like. In 3e the closest I recall seeing was in the 3.0 DMG with rules for multi-classing at 1st level. These rules were left out of the 3.5 DMG, probably because almost no one used them. |
