1001 Bad Villain Cliches [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-30-08, 07:55 PM What are some really stale cliches that could be used by a BBEG? I honestly couldn't find a list anywhere on the rest of the internet.

12. BBEG captures the party, then instead of killing them right away proceeds to rant a long-winded speech where he tells them his whole intricate plan.

Good god man! Your sig is a freaking strobe light! Makes me miss my home PC's broken monitor. You can do without the kaleidescope of fruitiness IMO. JUst leave it bold. And it frees up space in the sig itself.

I don't know about you, but if I build an overly elaborate death trap, I'm gonna watch. And make it a little harder for the hero to escape. But that's just me, I like a good show.
