I just Started this thread as a way to get some quick NPC villains the rules are simple they can use any official D&D D20 book and be from any world. No home brew rules or classes just those printed in official books only or Dragon and dungeon is Ok. No d20 modern or sci-fi please a complete list of stats and any items they may have histories are not necessary as these are for quick NPC villains for DMs who do not have the time to make one. This is for levels 10-14.
