Jimblodsky's is a rickety looking shop that houses mostly mundane gear, however if you can eventually become friendly with Jimblodsky (he starts out indifferent) he will reveal to you that he is the head of the black market to get nearly ANYTHING you could need with a GP value up to $50,000, Jimblodsky's is located in a Metropolis, and is run by Gerdanishar "Dan" Jimblodsky (LN Human Expert 14)

This book is a detailed listing of hundereds of different kinds of adventuring equipment, ranging from simple healing potions (item #0000001A, they seem to know their market well) to a full-sized armory section with guidelines for designing a custom insignia. The last two pages, after being deciphered, can be scribed into a spellbook as a level 2 spell that lets a character teleport an order form and money to an undisclosed location, and after "one to seven days' delivery for most items", the requested equipment is teleported to within arm's reach of the caster.
