1001 ways to deal whit meepo ! [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-05-07, 02:18 PM Everyone who has ever played through the Sunless Citadel has met meepo (probably....) now its your turn to tell what you did to him or wanted to do!

06-05-07, 02:29 PM My players dealt with him fairly and kindly, and actually inspired him to go out and become an adventurer... and eventually hear the call of Bahamut to become a paladin (with a white dragon mount named Calcryx, of course!!).

We loved Meepo. His appearance in The Sunless Citadel (the first D&D game I ever ran) really colored my opinion of Kobolds.

06-06-07, 04:27 PM We killed the Kolbolds and took thier stuff, and used Meepo as a slave until he died later on in the campaign, getting bull rushed off a tower by a fighter, for not doing what he was told. We had a party of 6. Ranger, Fighter, Druid, Cleric, Rogue, and a Barbarian.

I was the Fighter.

06-06-07, 06:48 PM We killed off most of the goblins; thus, the kobolds won the war and took over their level of the Citadel. In gratitude to us, they made us honorary members of their tribe. We were friends. Unfortunately, Meepo died when we were retrieving their "pet".
