Greetings fellow D&D players. Some have you might remember this thread, most probably won't, but unfortunately it had gone down into the dust for a couple reasons..
1.I had a special guest come to my house for a few months
2.When I remembered about this place, the new register system didn't allow me to log back on, and I had forgotten my password..
3.It eventually had to crash down

Some of you may know me as buddy4031, if you ever saw the thread I had made.

Before I go on to the actual thread, I would like to thank two special people.
Bob_the_Wizard and Darkxarth.
You both were regulars here, helped with the thread, and even judged in my times of absence.
I would like to thank you dearly for your devotion and kindness.

Now, on to the show! Do you have the sudden urge to create an awesome magical weapon? Have you just had one in mind and been dieing to write it down? Well search no more! You've found the perfect place to put it down, show it off, and maybe even win the daily contest!

The system will be the same as before, grading on the original 4 points.
Creativity,
Originality,
Effort,
and Awesomeness.

Judging will be at 4:00 PM(My time), just like before.
Winners will be put right here on the front page!

Well, unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of people here. I guess people can post for tomorrow if they'd like.

I only have one example, and it's a very simple weapon:

My friends and I used to play a WoW campaign (the DM played WoW, but we didn't at that time) and one of us was a goblin tinkerer. He's a pretty creative guy and kept begging the DM to let him make a Rat Flail, which is just a rat that's tied to a stick. Because of his constant begging the DM finally decided to destroy every rat in the campaign. This happened ~3 years ago, but we still use it in cases when we find treasure. For example:

DM: "And in the chest you find -"
Everyone: "Rat Flail!?"

I think I've heard of a rat flail long ago, in a land far far away. Not really, but still.

We only had this for a short time, but its sheer power was impressive and rather scary(this is a weapon made by my DM). I'll try and remember all it can do.

Name:The Laguna
Appearance:The Laguna is surrounded by a golden shimmering aura. The blade itself appears to be made out of a temporal anomoly and doesnt have a solid form. The hilt is solid gold colored metal that radiates temporal energies.
History:The Laguna is the remnant of the Hunter god Laguna. It formed shortly after his death and passed hands unawoken for many centuries. Recently, a think-tank of powerful mages have been able to awaken the dormant blade to horrible consequences.
Special abilities and powers:
Time Stop: at will
Wish 1/day 30,000 XP buffer
3d6 Temporal damage on hit
User stops aging
17-20 X3
+5 Longsword
Speed
Brilliant Energy
Unknown(actually said that on the card)
Extra notes: Anyone who touches the blade instantly ages to dust. The only known ways to transport the blade are Otilukes Telekinetic sphere and a special pair of force gloves crafted by Charm Marvella, a force master. It is believed that if it is truly used in combat in its current state, that there will be a tear in the time stream with unknown consequences.

Name: The Sword of the Green.
Appearance: A dragonheaded katana with green sapphires embedded into the hilt. Overall Length: 41"
Blade Length: 28", the blade is composed of an unknown metal even to the finest Dwarven smiths. The blade gives of a slight greenish hue when the wielder concentrates.
History: Unknown, it was said to have been once carried by Roland of the Green.
Special abilities and powers: +5 Vorpal sword on a 20 and Sword of Slicing on a 17-19 X3 (3d6 permanent HD on a successful decapitation with Vorpal ability)
Damage is 4d10 with each successful hit. Wielder gets extra attack a round because of magical enhanced speed. Legend has it that the sword blade cannot be blemished and the sword cannot be destroyed accept by Dragon Fire.
Extra Notes: The sword is rumored to be a Sword of Dragon slaying against Green Dragons but no documentation exists to prove this theory.

Plane Cutter

This short sword is relatively normal, with a sword that has a gem inset in the handle. It can however be changed. A 2000 GP obsidian gem fits in and opens a portal to hades. A 2000 GP diamond opens a portal to elysium. A 2000 GP ruby to the fire elemental plane, 2000 GP saffire to water, emerald to earth, and pink saffire to air. A white pearl connects to mechanus, a black to limbo, and a pink to the astral or ethereal plane. On a critical hit, the plane cutter opens a portal, and a CR 5 creature from the plane full attacks, and automatically hits with every single attack. For maximum damage. And auto crits. However this destroyes the gem.
