Which one would you get? Anything goes, but I already have the Core, Eberron, and A&EG.

I believe "splatbook" typically refers to rules accessories, such as the "Complete Nosepicker" or what ever, which I don't typically buy. I had bought the one with rangers (can't recall the name at the moment) several years ago, but I have never used it. I tend to buy accessories with more fluff than crunch, such as the FRCS and Unapproachable East.

Well it your favorite character or race? If your a big fan of dwarves then Races of Stone is a great book but the dessert book might not be.

However I have found the Complete Warrior to be used the most out of the "splat" books I have (For NPC's and PC's). Complete Divine and Libris Mortis come in tied for 2nd.

Just one? In that case I wouldn't buy a book but invest in dice. You can never have too many dice.

Forgotten Realms Setting Book. With the Core 3, dice and that I'm good to go.

(edit) Oh and 3-5 players too.

That's really tough to decide. It would be either Unearthed Arcana, or the Dragonlance Campaign Setting. I'm leaning more towards the Dragonlance Campaign setting, but UA has so much that is useful...

3.5 only?
And you already have Eberron Campaign Setting?
Easy then. Sharn: City of Towers.

I will second Sharn: City of Towers.

Another suggestion is the Expanded Psionics Handbook.

These are good choices since you already have Eberron.

Another suggestion is the Expanded Psionics Handbook.Heh, XPH isn't a splatbook, its the unofficial Core Rules IV book :P

I'd go for Libris Mortis. It's probally the best book out there, it's like totally godly. Of course I run heavy (and I mean HEAVY) undead campaigns. (Jus as clarification, what I mean by HEAVY is undead are everywhere, Necromancers are the primary power-holders in a fair amount of cities, and undead walk around towns like anybody else).

It would be a tough decision for me (since I buy pretty much everything that comes out, except for campaign-setting specific stuff) but if it actually came down to it, I'd probably flip a coin between Unearthed Arcana and the Expanded Psionics Handbook. I love psionics above almost anything else, but UA is packed with so much good stuff, I'd find it right up there, too.
