JohnnyLaw514 07-23-06, 02:35 PM	I just stared last night and i'm trying to work out some kinks... 1. Ok If your are a Druid/Sorc. Does your animal role speratly than you or does it take it's turn with the player, it's seperate right? 2. Also on the Druid Alternative animal companions chart. I don't understand what it means when i get these animals such as "4th level or higher (Level -3) for this chart, what does that mean and how does it affect their stats? Any imput would be helpful
ieattrollsforbreakfast 07-23-06, 02:43 PM	1. When I DM, summoned creatures, mounts and companions act on the same turn as the player. I've been playing it this way for so long I'm not sure if it's a house rule or not (I know its definately not for a mount, but otherwise I'm not so sure). 2. If it says '4th level or higher (Level -3)' it means you must be a fourth level druid to select one of those animal companions, and that if you do select such a companion it gains benefits based on your druid level -3. For example, at 4th level you can select a wolverine, which gains benefits (increase in HD, natural armour, Str, Dex etc. as given in the table) as if you were a 1st level druid.
