I'm thinking about adapting this later down the road for my group. While I can adapt it for a range of levels, I can't for the life of me figure out what levels it's actually intended for. Of course in the course of adapting from 2nd Ed to 3.5 I can and will tweak a lot, but it's frustrating me that I can't find the info. Anyone have it and can find the intended levels? Consider it a challenge.

Let's see.

FoG was pretty low-level as I recall...

Level 2-4 or 3-5.

"For 5-7 characters of level 4-7"

I can't believe I actually have that information! :) Ahh the wonders of the modern age.

Where do you see that? I've looked all over the darn module and can't find it anywhere.

On the back cover by the looks of it (I'm looking at a scanned-in version, but that shouldn't make any difference)

Yeah, that's the back cover. Identical to mine except for the number of players/levels part. I guess I have a first printing that was later corrected.

Feast of Goblyns was the first Ravenloft adventure I DM'd and it was the best one for sure! I've added a lot, created atmosphere by giving out pieces of paper secretly to a player with "You have the feeling that you are being watched" and such stuff. Perhaps I'm nostalgic here but that was a great experience.
