3.0 character generator [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-26-04, 06:53 PM Could anybody please point me towards a good character generator for 3.0?

All the ones I've seen so far are for 3.5 and I'm much too skint to update for a good while (plus i quite like 3.0)

02-26-04, 07:36 PM PCGen (http://pcgen.sourceforge.net/) is my favorite. And AFAIK it still supports 3.0 (you have to set some switch somewhere to tell it if you are using 3.0 or 3.5 rules, IIRC).

02-26-04, 08:48 PM Correct. It's in the user settings. PCGen is great for maintaining characters, and assisting in building characters. However, it will not actually generate a character for you (unless there are some new features in a new version I'm unaware of).
