This revision is compatible with all existing products, and those products can be used with the new revision with only minor adjustments. There's also the page found here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20050110x) that shows what has been reprinted or replaced or renamed for 3.5. Hope these two items are helpful.
