help, i have been out of dnd for 20 years agreed to dm a mod for some friends in minn. i borrow my ad&d books told them about it( i still remember the rules by heart. they said no way we want 3.5 sooo and went out and got 3.5 ran a mod and dm and ph and mmI-to get up to speed. worked out okay but there were all these little diff. figured out i needed 3.5 mods.

there is the problem i cant find any 3.5 mods and i only have 2 weeks to get one ready. does anyone know if there is any 10th level 3.5 mods out there? my only other choice is to revamp heart of the nightfang spire that i was currently playing /preparing. - some - alot of the mod is worthless when run in 3.5 its  to easy and spells and monsters dont exist anymore.

Check out the following modules:

The Blackguard's Revenge by Goodman Games (9th - 11th lvl, $7.49 at RPGnow.com for a PDF), Bloody Jack's Gold (10th -12th lvl, $6.99 at RPGnow.com for a PDF), The Lost Tomb of Kruk Ma Kali (from Kenzer Co, one of the best modules ever), Instant Adventures - Lost Hunt (8th - 10th lvl), Spawn of Shurpanakha (10th - 12th lvl), The Dragon's Wish (9-12th lvl, all of these are published by Fantasy Flight games and are about $4 each), or you could try the Enworld site for conversions of older adventures that are targeted at 10th lvl characters.

You might also want to try picking up a few back issues of Dungeon Magazine from Piazo.com. Their website has synopsi of the different adventures in each magazine and their levels of play.

Converting your old mods isn't that bad if you have the right tools. Try the monster index in my sig., you will be able to find the 3.x version of almost any monster (and the book it's in) from 1e.

The Crystal Keep index has a comprehensive list of all the spells.
Being a 1e dinosaur myself, I convert a lot of my old stuff.

How rude, when you are offering to run a game.

Anyways, If you're running 3.5 for the first time, use a very simple adventure. Monster stat blocks are much more intensive, and its a rather heavy game to DM.

3.0 but extremely easy to adapt. It is quite a long adventure, set in the world of Kalamar, but you should be able to adapt it to your own world.

AD&D takes a little work to adapt, but 3.0 is easy and there's plenty of 3.0 material out there.
