| Gerrad_Vandar01-07-07, 12:09 AM | Does anyone know where one can find a good downloadable and free 3.5 Character Generator program that uses Dungeons and Dragons, Forgotten Realms, and Eberron rules? If there is not a free downloadable 3.5 Character Generator out there, then is there perhaps a 3.5 Character Generator you can pay via money order for and do not need to pay for additional material to be added to the Generator? |
| Sanmateo01-07-07, 08:53 AM | Well, this isn't downloadable but it is free and I really like it. I've found these to be very helpful and easy to use. For some time now my players have all printed their character sheets right from these pages, which is really convenient for me having all of them in the same format. :D 3.5 Character Generator (http://www.pathguy.com/cg35.htm) Eberron Character Generator (http://www.pathguy.com/eberron.htm) There are also some links to other character generators he's made down at the bottom (d20 modern, etc). |
| Gerrad_Vandar01-07-07, 11:33 AM | Thank you for trying to help by giving me those links but I've already tried using all three character generators he has created and all of them appear to be missing crucial elements I need. Is there anyone else who can help by giving me a good free or pay for (via money order) 3.5 Character Generator without modules containing expansions that I would also have to pay for? Does anyone know if anyone has hacked the Character Generator program from the 3.0 Dungeons and Dragons Players Guide to make it into 3.5 Edition and with more stuff? I found that particular Character Generator program to be the best one I could use but sadly WotC did not release a new one with 3.5 Edition. Any help on this would be appreciated. |

I recommend Heroforge. It has a lot of implemented material (far from complete, though), but you still need the books for the details. |

They're in the midst of adding all the editing capabilities to add the material you want to use, but it looks like it's got a LOT of potential. |
