So, I dont know where else to put this or who I should tell (besides the sage himself) but I found something glaringly wrong with the 2 most recent 3.5 faqs. I figured that this was such and obviously glaring mistake that they would fix it in the next version. But since they didnt, I can only assume that either nobody else noticed, or that they all had the exact same thoughts I did.

On page nine, in the feats section the faq asks:

"Normally, you have to use a light weapon.... Can you use a spided chain or a rapier and benefit from both weapon finess and power attack at the same time?".

It then responds:

"Yes. A rapier... is not a light weapon... even when using the weapon finesse feat. If you have both feats and use a rapier..., you can manage power and finess in the same attack. Note that you must take both penalties to gain the benfits of both feats. For instance, if you decide to take a -1 penalty on attacks, you can use Weapon Finess or Power Attack. Whereas if you take a -2 penalty on attacks, you can add +1 to your ac and +1 to your damage, or you can add +2 to your AC or your damage. "

However, this is the description of using both Combat Expertise and Power Attack at the same time. Weapon Finesse lets you use your Dex modifier instead of your Str modifer on attack rolls.

I'm gonna email the sage, but is there anyone else I should contact about updating the faq?

There were 2 o 3 threads about it.

Mine was deleted after the boards update, and then i can't link it here.
