I was wondering what additional Books are availiable specifically for 3.5 other than Players Handbook, DM's Guide, and Monster Manual?

Not specifically for 3.5, but those that were published after 3.5:

Book of Exalted Deeds
Draconomicon
Forgotten Realms - Underdark
Unearthed Arcana
Complete Warrior
Complete Divine
Eberron Campaign Setting
Planar Handbook
Races of Stone
Expanded Psionics Handbook
Miniatures Handbook
Forgotten Realms - Serpent Kingdoms

Did I forget any?

Forgotten Realms - Player's Guide to Faerūn

and
- Forgotten Realms - Unapproachable East
- Forgotten Realms - Races of Faerūn
they took into account almost all the changes from 3.0 to 3.5

Are there any updates or anything for older books? Example, Magic of Faerun, do they have a 3.5 "update" to it somewhere? Does anyone know?

Are there any updates or anything for older books? Example, Magic of Faerun, do they have a 3.5 "update" to it somewhere? Does anyone know?Things that have changed from their Magic of Faerun (and other FR sourcebook) versions are detailed in Player's Guide to Faerun. Presumably the spells, magic items and PrCs from MoF that haven't been updated in PGtF are 3.5 compatible (for example, spells from MoF that haven't been updated are listed along with updated spells in the spell lists in PGtF).

On the main Wizards site, there is a PDF with the updates for all the Forgotten Realms stuff not covered in the Player's Guide to Faerun.

There are also PDF updates for almost all the regular 3.0 WOTC stuff as well.

I'll find those links and edit this post...

for the D&D 3.5 stuff...

Tired of struggling to update the Forgotten Realms monsters for D&D v.3.5? Designers Rich Baker and James Wyatt have done the work for you -- not just for the campaign setting monsters, but also for the Forgotten Realms Monster Compendium, City of the Spider Queen, Silver Marches, Magic of Faerun, and Faiths and Pantheons. Get this web enhancement and update your campaign.

While we're on the topic... Are there any updates for the classbooks for 3.5? I mean, some of the ideas are pretty cool, and I assume since they re-balanced all the classes from 3.0, maybe the PrC's from the classbooks got the same treatment.

Are there any updates for the classbooks for 3.5?Not really, but kinda sorta! ;)

The Complete X series includes a lot of material originally found in the class splatbooks, so that is where the "kinda sorta" comes in. But there is no "3.0 class book X" to "3.5 class book X" conversion beyond the guides already provided.

well, i think you'll find that in the Complete (warrior, divine...) books, no?

EDIT: i didn't see the post of seeker :D

honnestly, in practice, few Prestige Classes are modified by the move from 3.0 to 3.5.
