There is no need for a 4th edition, and most people are happy with 3.5. 4th edition threads make me consider moving to another system of play, like Warhammer FRP, which only now switched to a second edition after like, 20 years. That the very fan base of the game demands another revision of a perfectly fine, pleasant game is almost sickening. You want a rules change? Buy a suplement by a third party publisher. Think fighters are "nerfed" and suck in comparisson to wizards? Go get Iron Heroes or something. Want a non-Vancian casting system? Go buy another game that doesn't have one and port it. Or, better yet, if you don't like a rule, MAKE SOMETHING UP. Sorry for the rant, especially if it was a little incoherent. Coffee, beer and hot cocoa do strange things.:pint: I had to edit this thing like, three times.

Azezel 12-16-06, 08:05 AM	I wish the Wiz_o's would declare a moritorium on 4e threads - but they will not because if they did, then the world and his wife would cry that it was a prelude to the anouncement of 4e. Still - in the spirit of things, this is what I want from 4e. Vancian casting, Alignment, Classes and Levels, No Psionics in the core books, Dungeons, Dragons and a picture of Mialee that does not make her look like a mutant cricket. Also, please note the 4e prediction in my sig.
