?'s about So Cal Gen Con Volunteer Exp. [Archive] - Wizards Community

I attended the recent So Cal Gen Con...had a great time.

I was considering Volunteering next year at the WOTC booth, and wanted to hear about others' experiences.

If you've volunteered there in the past, or perhaps are familiar with what it entails, would you be willing to share your experience? I'd hate to commit, later to find I wish I had not.

If I'm posting/inquiring in the wrong place, please direct me to where I should ask.

11-28-06, 09:22 PM Well, after beating down a couple people who tried to get in without badges, and then reuniting a lost kid with his mother, I leveled up. I'm now a level 7 con volunteer. So yeah, I'd say the experience was pretty good.

...Sorry, after reading the title, I couldn't resist. No, I wasn't really there.

It is not my intent to post in the incorrect area, but after searching around, I don't know where I should ask this question. Perhaps someone could give me a name and e-mail of a WOTC staff memeber I could address my questions to.
