Ten paces from there, Down towards me home; You’ll find our great treasure, Deep ‘neath the loam. But tho tis Treasure ye seek, You are quite good tinder; For keep hold of your senses, Or you shall be a cinder! The worm in the ground, Protects where he’s weak; Remember your friends, Or your future is bleak. Anyone have guesses as to where they should go? Hint: We are in the Realms... Cormyr/Sembia/Dales... And the Red will be Dwarfish handwriting and the Green Elf. They know how to tell from prior adventures. |

| Pippa06-08-07, 01:59 PM | Better carry this over the the Forgotten Realms boards, boyo. |

All you do is solve riddles for adventurers given criptic maps and riddles and rhyming quatrains of doom. Since your clientelle are all adventurers you could get an awful lot of money. Plus on the side you could write these riddles out for those BBEG who feel inexplicably compelled to defend their dungeons with an easily solvable logic puzzle rather than simply adding a combination lock to their dungeon without hints or clues. |

Try running a session where the players get one, but once they finally figure it out, the messenger comes back and says "Wait, are you guys the Sword and Sorcerers party, or the Sword and Sorcery party? My bad, you got the wrong verse. Here's yours!" |
