A daft question [Archive] - Wizards Community

Basically, I really like the pic I chose for my avatar. It was in the D&D section of the avatar gallery, so I'm assuming its from one of the rulebooks.
Can anyone tell me either who its by, which book its in or where on the net there is a larger version?
