I have a Pale Master with a cadre of undead with him in my current party, and in the current adventure, they are about to run into a Beholder. What would happen if the beholders anti-magic cone hit's the Pale Master's minions? Do they continue on? Do they collapse untill they cone is off them? Do they collapse permenently? Do they get a save and then collapse? Does nothing happen? I'm not really sure so I'll ask y'all since I'm sure someone out there has run into this problem before. Thanks in advance.

If I remember right, an AMF does not affect creatures directly (ie- does not cancel the magic that keeps them walking around). However, it does render null and void any spells, SLAs and SUAs those creatures may have active or try to use.

Now if these were summoned through a Summon Monster or Summon Undead spell, then I do believe they would wink out. Otherwise, they would not.

Rhomphaia has steered you right.
Your undead are fine in an AMF.

It's mainly due to the fact that the duration of animate dead is instantaneous. If it were permanent instead, then the beholder's antimagic would make them collapse until it passed.
