Some spells like: Detect (alignment), protection from (alignment) and its ilk, Some divine attack spells like Holy Word, etc. The Smite ability. Some weapon enhancements. Some damage reduction. Qualifying/keeping certain classes and PRCs; like the paladin and the assassin. Anything else? |

I add a few extra things to your list: Spells: Detect (alignment), protection from (alignment) and its ilk, Some divine attack spells like Holy Word, etc. The Smite ability. Some weapon enhancements. Some damage reduction. Qualifying/keeping certain classes and PRCs; like the paladin and the assassin. Some traps that work only on certain alignments. Som NPCs like the Justicator from DMGII, who attacks non-lawful characters. Turn (good) or rebuke (evil) undead. That last one is really a semantic difference. |
