| Guildmaster03-28-05, 12:04 PM | Ok everbody knows characters can change alignment through their actions right? Well i don't know if this has been done yet so ill do it. I've made a couple tables that will help you decide where you character stands alignment wise. 1 for evil-neutral-good and 1 for chaotic-nuetral-lawful, its really quite simple just make two lists from 1 to 100, lable one as Evil through good and the other chaotic through lawful on one have chaotic be numbers 1 through 35 nuetral 36-64 and lawful 65-100, depending on how far they are from the next alignment(s) will determine how chaotic/lawful or such they are then on the other list do this fro evil-good with the same numbers and substitute evil for chaotic, ect.,.....then when the PC is made and the player chooses their alignment have them use this table and copy it down somewhere on their character sheet. then you can, if you want, make another table listing things a pc can do and how many (points) its will change their alignment and towards which one... Feedback please, The Guildmaster |

The player can then decide whether s/he needs to adjust or not. My players are prepared for this, since all PCs start first level as neutral (without the capital N). They get a preliminary alignment (with lowercase letters) assigned at 2nd level. I-the-DM assign the alignment based on character actions (not motives). At 3rd level, I assign the alignment with Capital Letters. If by third level this assignment causes class disruptions, so be it. |
