For anyone familiar with the Elder Scrolls* (Morrowind and Oblivion) games for the PC you probaly know of its Consturuction set. Now would it be a good idea to make all the major citys on the construction set and leting the PCs explore them on the computer, makinmg the major NPCs *The Elder Scroll games are a sires of very open ended computer/consule games. The construction sets alow you to creat towns and NPCs and put them in the game
