Normal guy....Wraith saps CON, eventually he dies. The CON comes straight from his natural COn stat

Druid in Wildshape....Wraith saps CON, does the CON damage come from his natural CON or from the wildshape's form? When he reverts back does his normal form still have the drain/damage?

Psion with Animal Affinity for +4 con......Wraith saps CON, does CON damage come from his new and improved CON score or his base score? When the animal affinity runs out....how does that work?

In both cases it the constitution damage comes from their new, improved scores. And in both cases, they retain the damage/drain when reverting to their original stats.

For example, a druid in animal form with 22 constitution takes 15 constitution damage. This drops him to 7 constitution. If he reverts back to human form he still has 15 constitution damage, which means he is dead if he does not have 16 or more constitution.
