| RedmageMarth01-24-07, 03:29 PM | Ok I need some advice for my campaign I'm playing. My party was in baulder city when half of the town was transformed into zombies. We later found out that this had been caused by "the negative realm" and that it's power was seeping into our world. Being the courages and stupid people we are, we "borrowed" equipment from baulder citie's merchants and procceded to stop this. To do it we'd have to scale some mountain and release this orb of true sunlight to pull the negative realm back into balance. So we enter the portal and end up in some sort of house. The first room is littered with zombies which we easily defeated. The next room had two entombers unforitantly and they gave us some trouble. After killing one entomber and criticaly injuring the other a vampire appeared. We decided the best thing to do was escape. When we ran through the house to get to some stone gates with a lock and trap mechanism which we changed so it would lock. Unforitantly two giant skelton gaurds stood in our path, which we had to take they're ruby eyes out. We decided to take a nap to restore some spells. When the Entomber attacked again. He opened the door and let the vampire in. At this point our fighter is under ground in a shallow grave. The vampire declared he wanted our Spell caster so we gave him our Sorcereres. He disappeared with her and his entomber. Now we're wondering if we should save her or save the world. If we save her we plan on using the true sunlight orb to kill the vampire but since it only has one charge and we don't know how to get back to our plane we're conflicted. Should we go back for our Spell caster? Oh and the she has a braclet of protection on but I don't think that'll help too much... Our party consists of: 1 level four Fighter 2 level four clerics 1 level four rouge 1 level four Ranger 1 unknown level Wizard (who is really only good for his knowladge in things other wise he's not that usefull and screws up his spells constantly and he is an npc) and our level six scorcer who is with the vampire. Any tips? |

| Sean, THe Incompotent01-24-07, 07:29 PM | scroll of sunburst? |
| Count Nerindil Van Seraph01-24-07, 07:34 PM | Any tips on fighting vampires? Umm... at level four... don't? I'd try some sort of covert ops thing. Sneak into his castle/crypt/haunted discotech/whatever and steal the mage back. NOTE: She may already be a Vampire and if she isn't, she is certainly ****** at you for GIVING HER TO A VAMPIRE. |
| RedmageMarth01-24-07, 08:15 PM | actualy it was her idea to give herself up to save us |
| Count Nerindil Van Seraph01-24-07, 08:48 PM | actualy it was her idea to give herself up to save us Ah. Well, thats better. Still, she may be a vamp by now. |
| LiefKarakse01-24-07, 09:51 PM | haunted discotech? |
| Cincinnati01-24-07, 09:57 PM | Perhaps the party could disguise themselves with their level four rouge? |
| Comus01-24-07, 10:04 PM | I figure there are two ways to go about this. 1) Contact the Hellsing Organization or the local equivalent, let them take care of it. 2) Werewolves. They freakin' hate vampires. |
| RedmageMarth01-24-07, 10:08 PM | Ummm I don't know if there are Werewolves in the negative realm, not to mention werewolves and vampires have had a long history together with the werewovles being they're day time gaurdians. But who knows. And unfortiantly no anime is allowed in our campain otherwise i would have had rossete christopher shoot some gospels.... |
| hmmmm01-26-07, 08:55 AM | Werewolves arn't anime.. |
| seldom_seen01-26-07, 10:26 AM | Perhaps the party could disguise themselves with their level four rouge? :D Maybe the party can find some level four mascara and some level four lipstick to complete their disguise?:D |
| Count Nerindil Van Seraph01-26-07, 04:49 PM | haunted discotech? Some vamps are groovier than others. They can't ALL be pasty-faced goths with a god complex. C'mon, how cool would a Travolta-esque disco vampire be?! |
