| Koesherbacon10-25-06, 09:23 PM | I'm wondering what everybody's opinion is on the following situation. Let me give a little background first: I like to have direction when playing a new character, so even though I'm level 1 right now, I like having something to work towards in class development. I know I'm not the the first to do this when playing new characters. Ok, now onto the character and his background. So my character is a Gray Elf level 1 Conjurer. He's CG, but might be somewhat drifting towards CN. Although he thinks he is doing good, sometimes he's a little over zealous. For example instead of simply stopping a thief, he cast Acid Splash on a commoner who was stealing a bracelet that fell on the floor. At the time, he thought that was the best way to stop the robbery. He's a great summoner, already has the Augmented Summoning feat, by taking a flaw [Unearthed Arcana] at 1st level. So I'm wondering if you all have any advice for which PrC might be good to work towards. I like the Alienist [Complete Arcane] and the Master Specialist [Complete Mage] and I'm sure there are probably other options for PrCs out there. Any advice for what to work towards would be great! Thanks! |

You may also want to consider the Wild Soul, also from Complete Mage. It's got some interesting summoning options, as well. |

If you wanna be somewhat unbalanced though, the Wild Mage (Complete Arcane) and Wild Soul (Complete Mage) are good choices. If you wanna focus on summoning, there's the Thaumaturgist (DMG). |
