In the star wars D20 game, the dark side have an alchemy ability to make changes to people… Is there any thing like that in regular D&D?


One thing I can think of is a spell cast with permanence… Is there anything else?

Closest thing I can think of to Sith Alchemy in regular 3.5 are grafts.

Grafts. Polymorph any object. Some things from the Book of Vile Darkness.
