| Oddling07-23-04, 12:40 AM | I'm not all that well versed with d20 rules, so I sometimes have to ask since digging through books usually is not a successful way for me to find answers. In the Complete Warrior book, there is a feat called Kiai Shout that I was interested in. In the description, it says affected foes will be "shaken" for 1d6 rounds. What does that mean in game mechanics? Any help in advance is appriciated. -Oddling |
| Seeker9507-23-04, 02:12 PM | Shaken is defined on page 301 of the 3.5 DMG. |
| Zherog07-23-04, 04:25 PM | On a more general answer, all of the "statuses" can be found in the glossary in the back of the 3.5 PHB. |
| Urban Hunter07-23-04, 09:32 PM | Shaken: A shaken character suffers a -2 morale penalty on melee attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, and saving throws. Shaken is a less severe fear condition then frightened or panicked. From page 85 of the 3e DMG. Go to page 83 for a list of the conditions. Hope this helps. :) |
